Lighting Panel
Every style sheet can contain one or more lights, called style lights, which are used in addition to any lights you have added directly to an individual map layer. Since the lights are in the style sheet itself, they are applied to any map layer using the style sheet.
The Lighting panel allows you to define style lights, and specify their characteristics:
You can use the Light tool on the Lighting panel to edit style lights in exactly the same way as lights within the layer.
