Support Requests

Despite its simple interface, Graphics Plugin is a complex multi-product integration. When completing a support request, please add as much information as possible. See Log Files for more on how to reproduce an issue for the specific Graphics Plugin installed.

Note: Any issues should be registered using Vizrt’s Support Portal. If you don't have access to the portal, please send a report to a local Vizrt representative or directly to support@vizrt.com.

Submitting a Support Request

  1. Go to www.vizrt.com.

  2. Click Menu > Support > Get Support.

  3. Click on Login to the Vizrt Global Support portal to submit your support request.
