Global Search Functionality
Global Search has been added to the License Portal, currently searching accounts, users and tickets.
Click on the magnifying glass (at the top right of the screen) to open the Global Search page.
This page is unpopulated until a search term is used.
Note: Selecting any item from the returned search results, redirects you to the Admin Page of the relevant or associated account.
Groups
Groups will return a search of all associated accounts that fall within the search term (Main and Customer/Child Accounts).
Users
Users return a search of all associated users that fall within the search term.
Tickets
Ticket return a search of all associated users that fall within the search term, including the User defined Description from the Tickets table on the Admin page.
